waiting for another flutter command to release the startup lock pubspec을 수정하는 도중에 pub get 하는 등 .. 중첩한 명령을 내렸을 때 dart 머신이 멈추는 현상이 있었다. killall -9 dart 그냥 Dart 프로세스를 모두 죽이고 새로 실행하면 잘된다.
